Between being a poor college kid, having a ton of stuff I want to get rid of (especially before moving out for the summer), and still needing a ton of other stuff, I figured I'd try this out. The goal here: let people at WSC post pics of stuff they want to get rid of and be able to trade it for something someone else has.

Who: WSC students

What: Trade your old junk for new junk. or money. or food. or homework. whatever. Anything from desk supplies and BOOKS, to clothes and food. Digital pictures are preferred, but written descriptions will be accepted, as well.

When: Pff, whenever! Admit it, you're online all the time. Might as well get something out of it.

Where: Post stuff here, trade it around campus.

Why: Save money. Get things you need cheaper and more easily. Hate your Brown Bag Bingo prize? Trade! Burned CDs, too! Get to know other people around campus, too.

Hopefully, if this gets going well enough, students here can have their own version of E-Bay going and we won't need to be giving our money to Wal-Mart or our way over-priced bookstore.

And if things turn out the way I really hope, every student will be able to pay little or nothing for textbooks because we can just trade with eachother. No high prices, no shipping. Just go down the hall or across campus and get your books.

Now, let's see how this goes. . .
